Female flatmate needed for one furnished bedroom in a 2BHK flat (configured as 2+1 BHK) in Sector 22B, Gurugram, available from 1st August. The other bedroom is currently shared by two working female professionals; the vacant room can be taken on single or double occupancy. Total flat rent is Rs 35,000/month with the available room priced at Rs 17,500/month. Maid charges of Rs 1,500/month are shared equally among flatmates; an optional cook provides one meal plus dishwashing at Rs 1,200 per person per month. Electricity is split between the two rooms, and the gas cylinder cost is shared. Preference is for vegetarian or eggetarian girls only. Flat is fully furnished with ACs, beds, wardrobes, geysers, automatic washing machine, refrigerator, RO water purifier and gas connection.
