Two working professionals (a lawyer and an architect, both female) seek a third female flatmate in an occupied flat in J-block, Paryavaran Complex, Saket. The vacant room has a queen-size hydraulic-storage bed with an orthopaedic mattress and a study table; the common area has washing machine, fridge, microwave, dining table, 5-seater sofa, coffee table, and two ACs in the hall. Personal washroom is not attached but is essentially adjoining (shared wall with the bedroom). Kitchen is fully furnished with all utensils and an IGL gas pipeline. Electricity (BSES meter) is split three ways; other expenses are split equally. A cook and a domestic help are arranged with charges of about 4000 per head per month. Furniture one-time cost is approximately 2200 per person. No landlord interference — owners do not live in the building. Lease currently runs through August 2026 with a possible rent increase of up to 10% on renewal; available from August 01, 2026.
