Female flatmate wanted in a 2BHK apartment for a 3-month stay (1 August to 30 October). The non-master bedroom is offered with a private non-attached washroom. Pure vegetarian, hygienic tenant preferred. Newly constructed gated society; possession received in April 2026. Flat was originally unfurnished; the current occupant has arranged common items and is not charging any setup cost. Kitchen trolley and washing machine are not provided (washing machine to be arranged by the flatmate). Gas cylinder refilling to be shared equally. Optional purchase of a single-bed mattress and double-door almirah for ₹3,800. Smoking allowed only in the flatmate's own room or balcony, not in common areas.
