Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and essential appliances; fridge, washing machine, chimney, and cooler available in common areas. Tenant must arrange own bed, AC, geyser, and cupboard. AC sub-meter has ₹500 one-time installation cost; meter belongs to tenant and is transferable on move-out. Shared expenses include WiFi, electricity, and house help (shared equally).
