Current flatmates are working professionals from Odisha, Kolkata, and Andhra. House rules: non-veg friendly, visitors allowed, smoking and drinking permitted inside the room. Wi-Fi, RO water purifier, a shared washing machine, a shared fridge (with one flatmate), and a maid are included. KIMS Hospital is within 2 km and a park is at the end of the lane. No AC. An optional IKEA black metal bed is offered for ₹6,000 and a memory foam mattress for ₹7,500. Rent is ₹11,000/month with no maintenance; the July rent from the 14th is prorated at ₹6,000.
