Rent is Rs 6,825 per person. Water, electricity, maintenance, appliance and WiFi bills are shared equally among all housemates and are separate from rent. No water issues in the area. Singayanapalaya metro station (Purple Line), Phoenix Marketcity, VR Mall, and a bus stop are all within a 10 minute walk. Multiple gyms, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, medical shops and other daily-needs shops are nearby. The owner enforces a no-pets policy.
