Located close to AMB Mall, Botanical Garden, Barfi Ghar, and Chaitanya Food Court, with nearby market and gym. Expenses per person: cook ₹2,500 (shared between two), maid ₹1,000, maintenance ~₹2,500 plus water bill/miscellaneous. Utilities (WiFi, fridge, rented washing machine, electricity) to be shared. Broker fee ₹5,000 (refundable once the next replacement is found). Rented-appliances deposit of ₹2,800 is separate, along with a bed cost of ₹6,000. Two months' rent as security deposit.
