Apartment is fully furnished. Society offers a free gym, badminton court, table tennis, 24x7 power backup and water supply, in-house grocery and other shops, and is opposite DLF Club 5. Cook and maid cost approximately 3.8k per person per month. Covered parking is available at 1.3k per month if required. Lease renews from 1st June, so rent is locked for one year. No brokerage. Strictly vegetarian flat, non-party, quiet and clean. One-time kitchen contribution is 7k.
