Owner-provided common-area items include fridge, dining table, coffee table and shoe cabinet; washing machine and sofa are on a monthly rental basis. Double power backup via a private inverter plus common building generator. Maid and cook are already set up at ₹3,000 per person per month, split among the three flatmates, and monthly maintenance of ₹2,500 is equally split. Security deposit is refundable; setup cost is a one-time non-refundable buy-in. First month's rent is prorated based on move-in date; rental cycle runs 10th to 10th of each month.
