Hello I’m Yanti. I wanted to ask if my boyfriend Priyanshu and I could become your flatmates. We both graduated from Hansraj College and currently entering into our masters, at DU itself. We have found a cozy 3 bhk flat in north campus, New Gupta Colony. We will be taking one room together. 2nd and 3rd room in the video is vacant. (DM me on the WhatsApp for the full video). Rent is 14500 and 1500 for both rooms.
The rent of the flat is 45.5k.
There is security as well as brokerage.
We’re very flexible and respectful about shared living. We’ll make sure to be very accommodating for issues such as, if someone visits from your family, Priyanshu can stay over at a friend’s place.
