Current flatmates (two females already occupying the other two rooms in a 3BHK) are seeking one female flatmate to take Room 3 in a gated society. Home is on the 2nd floor. Common-area furniture (fridge, washing machine, 6-seater sofa, dining table/chairs) is covered by an additional Rs 700/month. Water, gas, WiFi and maid costs are split three ways; electricity can be zeroed via a Karnataka state scheme (approx Rs 0–100). Rs 500 refundable deposit on a Drink Prime subscription. Maintenance is Rs 15,000 paid quarterly. Move-in charge of Rs 1k to the society. Kitchen cylinders, gas stove and mixture grinder are already in place, no setup cost. No brokerage. Society offers indoor badminton court, basketball court and 2 car parking spots. Walking distance to Singhsandra Yellow Metro Station and bus stand; close to HSR Layout, BTM, Koramangala, Arekere, JP Nagar and Electronic City. Preferred tenants are non-smoking, non-vegetarian (no pork/beef), working professionals; minimum 7-month stay expected.
